Four steps from paper to a complete digital audit trail
AnyWaste is not a document generator bolted onto a spreadsheet. It is one shared consignment record that every party in the movement works on.
Sign up and set up your organisation
Easily create your account, if you want to trial the system then no card details are required. Enter your Environment Agency permit number or waste carrier registration. We validate it against the public EA register and pull your permitted sites and addresses through automatically, so your site list is correct before you create a single record. Invite your colleagues when you are ready.
Record the waste movement
Create a consignment for waste coming in or going out. Choose the EWC code from the genuine list, add the description, the weight in kilograms and the parties involved. Producer and carrier details pre-fill from your saved records, and waste description templates take the re-typing out of repeat loads.
Share it and sign it digitally
The record moves through its workflow with a timestamp at every step: created, carrier assigned, ready for collection, collected, delivered, completed. Digital Acceptance captures an attributable confirmation at each handover, so there is no signature pad, no printing and no copy to lose.
Report it and keep it
Waste receipts submit to DEFRA's Digital Waste Tracking Service through our approved API connection. Waste Received and Waste Removed reports give you the aggregated figures for your quarterly Environment Agency returns. Every record stays searchable and inspection-ready for as long as you need it.
