They join free, through your invite, on a Linked Account. They see the consignments shared with them, sign them digitally, and can start a record at source and send it to you ready to review. There is no cost to them and nothing to learn beyond a link in an email, which is what makes it realistic to get an entire chain digital rather than just your end of it.
For a producer, that means their Duty of Care paperwork is handled without buying anything. For a carrier, it means signing at the gate instead of carrying a book, and seeing every job across the sites they deliver to in one place. When Phase 2 of Digital Waste Tracking reaches carriers, brokers and dealers in October 2027, they are already on a platform that does it.
